A Junior Sous is required for a permanent contract working in a luxury 4 star Hotel in Shropshire.
Our client is in a fantastic location and offers a variety of Food & Beverage outlets,that includes a deli restaurant, contemporary brasserie and extensive conference and banqueting facilities capable of holding up to 600 guests.
Due to the reputation of being the perfect setting for weddings, business banquets & events, the experienced kitchen brigade is looking to add a Junior Sous Chef to the brigade.
You will assist in overseeing and directing all aspects of the operation in the kitchen, supervise the performance of junior team members, maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness and have your say when creating new seasonal menus.
