My Client is looking for a Senior Sous Chef for their Restaurant in the West Midlands. My Client is looking for a Candidate who has worked at least at 1 Michelin Star, preferably 2 Michelin Star for at least 2 years and has true fine dining experience. In return the successful candidate will receive a Salary between 35k and 40k for their efforts. This is a Senior Sous role and requires an ambitious and very career minded individual to help-push on an already very successful business. My Client is looking for a Candidate who can offer menu suggestions, new ideas and bring an all-round togetherness to the team. This is a once in a lifetime experience.
