My client is looking for a Head Chef for their fabulous countryside inn. Currently holding a rosette the property is part of a niche group where you get full support from central figures while being able to focus on menu autonomy and pushing food standards.

 

The successful Head chef may be a sous chef ready for their first head chef role or an experienced head chef looking to progress with this great company.

 

You will need to show experience cooking at rosette level, have a stable background in previous positions and have managed small teams. This is a hands on role where you will need to juggle your time in the kitchen while staying on top of HACCP and controlling costs
