A Junior Sous Chef is required for a permanent contract working within a highly established property near Gloucester.
My client is looking for a Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef, who has a solid background in fresh food and a desire to tutor the younger team members and develop them fully.
Combination of straight and split shift. Straights are nice, 6-12 or 12-9, the splits are still splits, but theres only usually 2 a week.
