My client is an established inn in south Shropshire and are looking for a head chef for their 13 bedroom Inn. Privately owned this popular property can do up to 90 covers in a busy service. With a brigade of 4 you will have menu autonomy within the style the property is accustomed to.

the successful head chef will have experience in running a small team in a busy environment have exposure at cooking fresh food, good management of costs to ensure a profitable kitchen.

The head chef will receive a salary of up to £40k with a small bonus and tips on top. This role would suit a hands on gastro pub head chef looking for a new challenge.
