Switched on and friendly team throughout the business, this is an incredibly enjoyable place to work, the staff turnover is low; Head Chef has been in situ for 4 years, working closely with the GM to get this vintage modern contrasting Inn/Restaurant to where it has become a respected and popular aspect within the bustling Cotswolds Market Town.
Working with fresh ingredients of course, utilising an abundance of local and artisan suppliers and producers, the food is creative with a rustic charm, and as the Sous Chef you will have your opportunity to get involved and write some funky fresh menus yourself.
