Exciting luxury property are seeking a Sous Chef, or indeed a Junior Sous Chef looking for a promotion, to come in and add an element of consistency to this fabulous team of chefs. You will bring your own brand of drive and passion to the devoted kitchen along with your hard working ethic and strong desire to succeed.
Your history could include working at AA Rosette level, or even Michelin, but all hungry and pro-active Chefs, who can show longevity and a clear path will be seriously considered.
Working with fresh ingredients, of course, utilising an abundance of local and artisan suppliers and producers, the food has elements of classic tradition but with a decidedly modern twist. As the Sous Chef you will be actively encouraged to get involved with your own creative input in this area.
Strong administrative and people management is essential, however training will be provided for those who need any topping up.
