Large international Hotel are seeking a Sous Chef, or indeed a Junior Sous Chef looking for a promotion, to come in and add an element of consistency to this fabulous team of chefs. You will bring your own brand of drive and passion to the devoted kitchen along with your hard working ethic and strong desire to succeed.
Your history should include working in busy kitchens producing quality product for varying volumes to include Weddings, Banqueting and Leisure Guests. You must be hungry and pro-active, longevity is important, they are growing something special here.
Working with fresh ingredients, of course, utilising an abundance of suppliers and producers, the food has elements of classic tradition but with a decidedly modern twist. As the Sous Chef you will be actively encouraged to get involved with your own creative input in this area, around the core central menus.
Strong administrative and people management is essential, however training will be provided for those who need any topping up.
