An experienced Chef de Partie is required for permanent contract working for an independent fresh food gastro pub near in driving distance from Birmingham, Stoke on Trent, Stafford & Wolverhampton.
This unique gastro has been backed heavily by investors and has undergone major refurbishment giving their customers a stunning upbeat interior and an outstanding menu to match, using only quality & locally sourced ingredients giving the guests some of the finest food in region.
The Head Chef only wants to focus on quality… he is very creative to his cooking approach and hopes that you are too as you will be involved in all menu development and will be left to add your ideas to the daily menu boards.
It’s a small team giving that family environment so it’s important that everyone supports each other and gets involved in the business.
What the client is looking for a passionate CDP or strong Commis Chef who loves what they do! It would be great if you had knowledge on all sections in the kitchen, however if you bring the right attitude they will be willing to train you on everything you need to know.
You can expect to have two and a half days off with a mixture of shifts, either early or late. There aren’t ridiculous hours here with a maximum of 45hrs in a week but most weeks you will do less.
Due to the location it would help if you had your own transport.
