My Client are searching for an executive head chef for their 150 bedroom hotel in Bedfordshire. Part of a nationwide group this hotel generally houses corporate bookings Monday – Friday with a small leisure trade at the weekends.

 

The successful head chef will come from a busy hotel environment, managing a large banqueting operation. Have good knowledge of staff and food cost and an ability to motivate a young team.

 

The head chef if successful at this property will have the chance to grow in this respected group
