This award winning brasserie/restaurant is located close to Solihull/Coventry/Warwick area. We are talking locally sourced food, we are talking 100% fresh – to add to this company looks after its staff and always promotes from within. This is a great opportunity for any aspiring chef to enter a rosette property.

The Head Chef is pushing for 3 Rosettes after been taken over where they have been given a large amount of money of investment so it’s a great time to join this hotel. The Head Chef is very experienced and his key to a stable team is to be flexible and fair with shifts, hours and time off.

There is also live in available where you will share with some other members if staff with a kitchen, bathroom and free WIFI.
