To assist in the management of the day to day running of the kitchen team and assist the Executive Head Chef in controlling budgeted gross margins across food, labour and controllable costs for the kitchen whilst maintaining consistently high levels of service, quality and customer satisfaction. To work with the wider Group F&B functions in reviewing and enhancing the food offering ensuring innovation throughout. To work alongside the Executive Head Chef in ensuring compliance with all food safety standards and HACCP.
Mt Client is looking for:
Excellent people management and leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams and motivating staff to ensure the highest levels of food quality.
A ‘foodie’ who is passionate about delivering great food with the ability to make a real difference to customer satisfaction and quality standards
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate and develop with ease sound business relationships with a wide range of internal and external contacts
