My Client are looking for a head chef for their busy gastropub in Warwickshire. Feeding up to 2500 covers in an idyllic location in the Warwick countryside. 90% of the food produced is fresh on site worth a good degree of menu autonomy.
The successful head chef will manage a brigade of 8 chefs and 3kps so will be organised to maximise rotas and keep staff morale high. A high level of general kitchen management is required and a background in high volume properties.
The successful head chef could earn a salary up to £35k and a great opportunity to progress as the owners have ambitious plans to grow.
