My client are seeking an ambitious Head Chef or Senior Sous chef for their busy property in the City of Manchester. The property is producing food close to a 2 rosette standard and is looking for someone to help improve the food offering. Working under an Executive chef, that has been there 6 years, this is a stable environment to progress your career in great surroundings.

The successful head chef will be expected to help write seasonal ,emus, manage the brigade of 13 on a day to day basis and help out in banqueting where there can be up to 3 weddings a week.

The head chef will benefit from free parking, meals on duty in the staff canteen and 8pm finishes 4 nights a week. It is expected over the course of the year you would average 45 hours a week!!!
