Relief Head Chef – Earn up to £40k
I am looking for a Relief Head Chef to work in our clients hotels, you will work in a variety of different properties from banqueting to fine dining.
As a Relief Head Chef you will go into properties and help hold the kitchens together when they recruit full time staff using all your experience to consult and help the business.
As a Relief Head Chef you will get the opportunity to work with different chefs each day, helping you learn new skills along the way and improve as a chef, whilst being paid for every hour you work.
The successful Relief Head Chef will need to have experience in different properties, so comfortable to go into new surroundings and happy working on all sections in the kitchen. Must have a positive attitude and be flexible as you may need to work at late notice.
