My client are searching for a senior sous chef for their outstanding hotel in Yorkshire. This role will be predominantly managing the 100 cover brasserie which operates breakfast through to dinner.
The company are a niche art of a large nationwide group offering potential to grow with in under the guidance of the executive head chef and the group chef.
The successful applicant will be used to high turnover properties serving well produced food. Good man management skills are required as you utilise a brigade of 11 to keep up with the demands of this property. Experience in a rosette property would be beneficial but not essential.
