A Commis Chef or Pub Chef is required for a corporate hotel in the Solihull/Birmingham area. There is a really fresh and exciting concept in one of the food outlets. There is a chef who leads the team and the busiest shift is the lunch shift which is why they need someone like you to come in and simply prep for the lunch service and prep for the dinner and then go home.
If you have a background in branded pubs or bars and like a busy service as well as having every night off then this is the role for you. Being Monday – Friday you could even get a part time role on weeknights or weekends to increase your salary, that is of course upto you.
