All of you Food Lovers will want this… I am seeking a Junior Sous Chef for a permanent position in this absolutely stunning, recently reopened, independent estate in the region.

 

There is SO MUCH PASSION for food here; from rearing most of their own Pork, Cattle and Lamb, to the Kitchen Garden which is used to produce 80-90% of the Menu; the Group Chef makes sure the 100+ acre Estate Manager is the first person he speaks to when he’s creating new dishes and the seasonal menus.

You must have the passion and dedication to match the property and ideally you should be able to demonstrate this through your own work history. If you have worked at AA Rosette level it is perfect, but we are keen to interview Chefs who can show genuine commitment and love for the world of gastronomy.

There are plans underway to open a Restaurant within the estate, so plenty of opportunity for you to prove your worth and step up to senior role in the very near future.

Already, this incredible, loyal team have won awards for all of their hard work and love, and are looking to build on this and ensure it remains among the Top Ten ‘Foodie’ Destinations outside London.
