The successful head chef will have good HACCP procedures and cost management experience and have a good knowledge of vegetarian and vegan food offering.

On top of every evening off the Kitchen Manager will benefit from the restaurant being closed on a Sunday so will have every Sunday off. On top of this the salary will be competitive up to £26k for the right candidate
