My Client is a Beautiful Gastro Pub/Restaurant who is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to fill the role of Sous Chef. The ideal candidate would have overseen some very busy kitchens as a Junior Sous or Sous Chef. The location of the property will be revealed eventually once a CV has been received and accepted. My Client is very popular all year round and is a complete fresh food kitchen where everything is made on site. Similar experience of a busy Gastro Pub or Brasserie.
