My Client is a Busy City Centre Restaurant who is looking for an experienced Sous Chef. The ideal candidate would have worked in fine dining Restaurants or In High-End Gastro offerings. My Client is very popular all year round and is a complete fresh food kitchen where everything is made on site. This role is very attractive as they are closed on Bank Holidays, closed at Christmas and are closed on a Sunday. The successful candidate will work a 4.5 day working week. The location of the property will be revealed eventually once a CV has been received and accepted.
