A Chef de Partie is required for one of Nottingham’s most established & reputable fine dining restaurants.

This modern high-end restaurant has won multiple awards over the years and has consistently achieved its rosettes for over 8 years.

The Head Chef has created an enjoyable environment and has offered his team a better work life balance by creating a 4 day working week. The menus change often and use all the modern gastronomic cooking techniques, they offer an al carte menu, tasting menu, Sunday lunch & afternoon tea.

The Head Chef is looking for someone who has strong experience working with fresh food, is ambitious and passionate about cooking at a high standard as everything is made from scratch, carefully thought, prepared with care.

This is a one of a kind establishment with an opportunity to join a great team of Chefs who are extremely proud of what they have created. You will be expected to share the same vision with an outgoing and positive attitude too.
