Chef de Partie – live in – 2AA Rosettes – New opening Nationwide

An experienced Chef de Partie is required for permanent contract working for a new independent luxury fresh food gastro pub in between Telford & Shrewsbury.

There are big plans for this outstanding gastro, with the General Manager & Head Chef from a Michelin Star background, using their experience the plan is to gain 2 Rosettes and there is no doubt that with their combined experience that they will achieve these accolades!

If you have a creative side, love working with fresh ingredients to award winning standards and want to be part of something special, then this could be the opportunity for you! This is a role for a career driven Chef as the experience you will receive here will be second to none. You will need ambition and in return you will be given the tools to become an all-rounded & strong Chef de Partie capable of working with the finest ingredients at a very high standard.

The salary here is largely dependent on experience and the tips are very good averaging around £70.00 per week.

The Head Chef is currently looking for both a commis and a Chef de partie to add to the team. The live-in accommodation is brand new so expect a comfortable room in a stunning location…

This role would suit someone living in Telford or Shrewsbury or if you prefer to live in there is cheap accommodation for just £40.00 per week.

As Chef de Partie you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –

– Professional Chef experience preferably in a high end or Rosette kitchen, but not essential if you have fresh food experience.

– Creativity and idea’s towards the industry

– Driving licence and own transport, if you choose not to live in.

– Passion and determination is a key characteristic for this role.
