The ideal candidate will need to have previous experience as a Sous Chef in a high standard restaurant or hotel. As well as experience in stock control and food costing. It is essential that you can work successful in a fast-paced environment and provide high standard service.

Health and Safety Food Hygiene Certificate is essential.
