The property currently has a large wedding trade but is hoping to build other parts of the business such as the restaurant and afternoon tea trade.

The successful head chef will manage a brigade of 5, further develop all food offerings have a stable work history. The head chef will be working for a supportive owner and a GM that understands the trade. This may suit a sous chef looking for their first head chef role
