Chef Manager – Weekends off – Fresh Food Site

 

My client, an established quality contract caterer are looking for a chef manager for their new site opening in Lincoln. The company are a fresh food led contract caterer with a real emphasis on quality so a good fresh food background is essential.

 

The site has around 200 employees that you could be catering for, with a lunch, dinner and night service being catered for. The successful chef manager will work 40 hours Monday to Friday. On occasions there will be a requirement to pick up the night shift and work 12:30pm to 1:30am.

 

The successful chef manager will have worked in quality environments, either contract catering or restaurant, be creative with both menus and presentation of food offering and have a good financial understanding
