This is an established restaurant where the team tend to stick around as they have a firm reputation for offering great working conditions created by management, the opening for a Chef de partie has come around due to a recent promotion in the brigade.

Our client has a high-end food offering and having won multiple rosettes and being highly regarded as one of Nottinghamshire’s best restaurants.

This is a stable team so the Head Chef is not needing the finish product but is rather looking for a Chef with a good attitude and slip and gel well with the team. If you are ambitious and have that can – do attitude then you are already half ay there.

This is a one of a kind establishment with an opportunity to join a great team of Chefs who are extremely proud of what they have created. They understand the demands of the industry so they have created a 48 hr contract over a 4 day working week! This is to ensure that their staff are well rested and get that much required work life balance!!!
