An experienced Chef de partie is required for a permanent contract working with a highly established Hotel company located a short distance from Leicesters city centre.
Our client is an established hotel company with over one hundred bedrooms, a fresh food contemporary restaurant and stunning conference and banqueting facilities.
This is a fantastic role for a current Chef de partie or a strong Demi – Chef de partie who is looking to work in one of Leicestershire’s top venues and build a career in a stable hotel company. This is a venue that really invests in its team by supporting the team to gain relevant NVQS and offering heaps of inhouse training programmes.
This role is ideal for candidates who live in Leicester , Loughborough, Hinckley or Rugby.
Due to the stunning & remote location this opportunity would suit someone who drives.

As the Chef de partie you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –
– Experience preferably in the Luxury Hotel environment.
– Consistently deliver a high standard food offering
– Good team work ethic
The Chef de partie role will be responsible for and involved the following: –
– Responsible for stock taking and ordering.
– Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.
– Ensuring the kitchen functions within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.
-Day to day running of the kitchen.
-Training junior members of the team.
