You should thrive on managing your brigade, making sure all the sections are boxed and ready for the constant stream of enthusiastic diners, dealing with your suppliers and preparing costings and analysis for your management team.

 

Passion, drive and stamina are required here to assist this ex Michelin Chef manage and develop your brigade.
