My Client are looking for a head chef to manage the banqueting operation of their busy hotel. Working under an executive chef you will cater for a large number of guests on a daily basis. Part of a growing prestigious group the head chef will have a good chance of progression in their career.
The head chef will have good management skills to get the maximum out of the 10 man team, be comfortable with high volume banqueting, and have a stable background in hotels or events.
The Successful head chef will earn a salary of up to £35000 plus a 10% HOD bonus and company benefits.
