Payroll Administrator – 3 days a week – Excellent £££ West Midlands

Jubilee Catering & Hospitality are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our growing Accounts team in Birmingham.

Jubilee is experiencing huge growth across the company which has led to expansion of our Accounts department. We are now looking for someone to manage the Payroll functions working close nit with our Finance professionals and Finance Director of Jubilee.

Role Responsibilities;

• Ensure Payroll deadlines are met
• Manage month end and reporting processes
• Processing payroll for all employees
• Dealing with email and telephone enquiries
• Preparing payroll related reports and documentation
• Working with Sage 50 payroll
• Data entry and carrying out introductory call

The Ideal Candidate;

• Previous Experience using SAGE 50 and other IT systems and software
• Demonstrate strong IT skills and can use Excel at an intermediate level
• A strong understanding of payroll and accounting operations
• Highest standards of accuracy to detail on a daily basis
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• To be able to work well under pressure and adapt to change
• To show consistency on a daily basis
• To understand and reflect the company’s values
