My client is searching for a head chef for their busy coastal hotel. The head chef would be working under a talented Executive Head Chef to produce food of 2 rosette standard as they look to move the offering forwards.

 

The head chef will oversee banqueting of up to 350 covers, a restaurant that currently holds 1 rossette but is aiming for 2 and the usaual day to day running of a 100-bedroom hotel.

 

The head chef will be very hands on in the kitchen managing the brigade of 15 chefs, working closely with the exec chef to improve the food offering and control costs.
