My client are looking for a head chef for their boutique hotel in the Cotswolds. Part of a small collection this hotel is looking to reinvent its food offering. The hotel has 20 rooms and is looking to offer a 2 rosette brasserie in the restaurant.

 

The head chef will be happy managing a brigade of 7, confident with all aspects of kitchen management. There will be support from the group while letting you to run your own kitchen.

 

This role may suit a sous chef looking for a first head chef role or a head chef looking for a fresh challenge. My client will pay the successful head chef up to £35000.
