A Commis chef is required for a permanent contract working in a stunning 4 star Hotel property in Nottingham.
This iconic hotel has a great reputation as being one of Nottingham’s best! Being a very popular venue for both business and pleasure…The restaurant serves quality food offering a seasonal menu using fresh locally sourced ingredients and making everything from scratch.
The contemporary function rooms hold anything from 2 to 200 guests, making it a first choice for business meetings, private parties and weddings.
There is stable team here’ just looking to add a Commis to the brigade!
The contracted hours are 45 hours a week, working only straight shifts…made up of x 2 shifts from 11:00 – 22:30 & x3 shifts of 15:00 – 22:30.
This is a fantastic environment with the right support and training opportunities to develop into a Chef de partie.
