My client is looking for a passionate Commis who is only interested in working with fresh ingredients, shows a keen attitude and a willingness to learn.
This family like kitchen team has created a food offering that is contemporary & creative using just fresh ingredients with everything cooked from scratch to high standards. Being a small kitchen brigade, you will be involved in creating the menus and daily specials! So you will not be getting bored in this role…
If your main priority is to develop into a well-rounded – chef de partie, then this is the role for you as you will receive tons of support and direction.
The owners have done their best to create an enjoyable working environment, this means no ridiculous hours and keeping to your 45 hr contract. If you want to work more, then the extras are paid for.
Highlights of this role are:
Salary upto 18k for the right experience and personality.
£50.00 per week.

45 hr contract

As a Commis Chef you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –
– At least one years’ experience working as a Commis Chef
– Professional Chef experience preferably in fresh food kitchen is preferred.
– Passion and determination is a key characteristic for this role.
– Due to the location, it is required for you to have your own transport-
The Commis Chef will be responsible for and involved the following: –
– Carrying out Commis Chef responsibilities in a professional and credible manner.
– Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.
– Ensuring the kitchen functions within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.
– If wanted, you could have an input on the menus with our own outstanding ideas
