My client are looking for a head chef for their unique site within their estate. The head chef will look after the cookery school on site primarily.
Classes are no more than 16 at a time but over 8 there will be an extra chef on hand to assist. Due to the cookery school not always being busy there will be occasions that the head chefs required to pick up breakfast and the corporate lunches.
The successful head chef will have a passion for the industry, be excited by such things as the kitchen garden and cooking great ingredients simple and well. The head chef will need to be a personable person as they will need to have the charisma to engage with members of the cookery school.
