A Chef de Partie is required for a permanent contract working within a highly established kitchen near Telford. My client is looking for a Chef de Partie who has a good background in fresh food who has a desire to learn, progress and develop.
As well as being a conference venue that is rich in history, this property also has a fantastic restaurant where you will receive culinary excellence and not to mention a more casual service in the bar area which serves seasonal and quality food. If you like variety it does not end there, It is also very popular as a wedding destination due to its surroundings. The grounds are not only stunning but huge, so huge the grounds are used for a famous and popular music festival – where as a staff member you get free tickets!

This role is ideal for chefs who live near Wolverhampton, Telford, Shrewsbury and Cannock. Don’t drive or live near here no problem there is live in available.

As Chef de Partie you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –
– Professional Chef experience preferably in a high end or Rosette kitchen, but not essential as long as you have fresh food experience.
– Creativity and idea’s towards the industry
– Driving licence and own transport would be advantageous
– Passion and determination is a key characteristic for this role.
The Chef de Partie role will be responsible for and involved the following: –
– Carrying out Chef de Partie duties in a professional and credible manner.
– Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.
– Ensuring the kitchen functions within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.
– If wanted, you could have an input on the menus with our own outstanding ideas
