A pastry chef is required for a luxury Hotel in the heart of the Cotswolds working within a team of three in a dedicated separate pastry Kitchen.

The Head Chef is looking for a talented pastry chef that has a background in Rosettes, so if you have 1 or more this is the role for you. Maybe you have been working as a commis chef for the past year in a 2 Rosette – the Head Chef will be interested.

This salary on offer is £20,000 depending on experience and to add to this there are gratuities which can add an extra of up to £2000 or more to your salary. This hotel appreciates what a good pastry chef means for a kitchen that’s looking to gain accolades.

This role comes with live in accommodation if required and includes staff meals even on your days off. You will be working alongside a very talented head pastry chef with a wealth of knowledge to learn from to expand your experience.

This is the perfect opportunity for all Pastry Chefs who have been working in Rosettes or high-end establishments to take a chance at working at one of the countries most renowned hotels.
