The food offering is a solid 3 AA Rosettes and looking to push for a 4th AA Rosette and maybe a Michelin star. Experience at a high-level is required however not essential, Focus, dedication and commitment however is a must.
There is Conference and Banqueting and the property is very popular for Weddings throughout the year. Some Hotel experience would be a strong positive and experience of fresh food operations is essential. The ability to work on your own is a must and you must have the drive and organisational skills to run the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence.
Some senior level kitchen management is a must for this role.
