Seeking a Senior Sous to take control of this small gastro influenced pub restaurant and push on to more awards and recognition. You have the total support from the GM and the Board of Directors to go in the direction you think best suits the clientele and the character.
The property is owned and funded by a charitable venture with a long and stable history [and future] so you wont have to argue with the owners about releasing funds for staff and equipment, EVERYTHING you need will be made available immediately.
Your background will probably be mainly in an AA Rosette environment, but chefs from quality fresh food sites will all be considered.
