My Client are looking for a head chef for their medium sized hotel on the coast. The hotel currently does limited amount of banqueting but it as an area they would like to grow. There are 2 outlets serving all fresh food and the hotel closes in January for 4 weeks.

 

The successful head chef may be a sous chef looking for their first head chef or a head chef looking for a new challenge. They will have good ability controlling GP, developing menus, and build a team to move the property forward.

 

The role has live in, breakfast doesn’t start till 8am so no early starts and kitchen normally finished by 9pm.
