A Junior Sous is required for a permanent contract working within a highly established kitchen in the centre of Birmingham. My client is looking for a Junior Sous who has a good background in high volume and Rosettes.

This restaurant is one of Birmingham’s finest where all the food is made from scratch, all local and top quality. You will be working under an Executive Head Chef as well as a Head Chef. This place has it all going on – Tasting Menu’s, Themed Evenings, Private Dining Facilities.

This is the place to be if you wanted to be exposed to a high end establishment. Located in the heart of Birmingham city centre it is easy to get to.

This is a fun and organised place to work – The Exec will reward you for your hard efforts and what’s great about this place is that it is closed at Christmas. The Head Chef is expanding his team due business levels increasing and looking for a Junior Sous to start immediately.
