Head Pastry Chef Needed – Straight Shifts – In Central Manchester- 28K+
A Head Pastry Chef is required for a permanent contract working a maximum of 45 hours a week on straight shifts in the Salford area of Manchester.
The Head Chef is looking for a Pastry Chef that has a background in 1 or 2 Rosettes, to take over the pastry team and be part of a calm professional team. This role is a long-term position requiring commitment and dedication from the successful applicant.
This could be a golden opportunity for an experienced pastry sous chef to take their first step into the pastry head chef world. You will have to create your own menus and dishes to high level of presentation using the latest styles and techniques.

As the Head Pastry Chef you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –
– Professional Chef experience preferably in a high end or Rosette kitchen
– Creativity and ideas towards the industry
– Driving licence and own transport would be advantageous
– Passion and determination is a key characteristic for this role.
The Head Pastry Chef role will be responsible for and involved in the following: –
– Carrying out Head Pastry Chef duties in a professional and credible manner.
– Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.
– Ensuring the kitchen functions within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.
– Creative Input on the menus with own outstanding ideas
