My Client are looking for a head chef for their rosette awarded hotel in Cornwall. Working under an excellent executive chef the head chef will look after one of the restaurants within the hotel. Consistently serving up to 100 diners a day, the head chef will have experience in rosette environments and be looking for a setting to showcase their skills.

 

The Succesfull head chef will be comfortable writing and costing menus and leading a busy team in a rosette environment. The head chef will lead as brigade of 9 chefs working 48 hours over 5 straight shifts.

 

THIS ROLE IS IN CORNWALL

 

The hotel will help support relocating with temporary accommodation.
