Iconic Country house hotel near Bishop’s Stortford on the Essex border, 45 minutes from central London and also ideally located near Stansted Airport is looking for a Chef de Partie to join de brigade as soon as possible. Live in is available for a limited period until the right candidate finds an accommodation in the area.
As Chef de Partie you would work in the 2 AA Rosette Restaurant or in the Banqueting section in a brigade of 10 -12 experienced chefs.
If you have at least a year experience as Demi Chef de Partie in a fine dining Restaurant or Hotel, this would be a great opportunity for you to step up and develop your career in a luxury environment.
