A Commis Chef is required for a permanent contract working within a highly established Deli near Telford. This is an amazing opportunity for a Commis Chef to work in a stunning venue – this venue has a fresh food brasserie on site but attached is a deli which is open from 9:30am – 3pm.
You will be working with fresh food, you will be making cakes and pastries – if you have no pastry experience its no problem as long as you have a thirst for knowledge you will be taught. The plan for within the year is for all bread to be made.
You will work from 9am – until 5pm, when the Deli closes at 3pm you will simply prep for the next day.
You will be working with a team of friendly chefs who help one another. The idea for this role is for you to take control of this mini department and you will be supported all the way.
To add to this you will be working for a high end contract caterer so there are further future opportunities.
There is also live available at this site where you have your own flat with kitchen and bathroom.

£16,000 – £17,500
