Chef de Partie is required for a permanent contract working within one of Birmingham’s Michelin starred kitchens. The Head Chef at this establishment is one of the most renowned in Europe – do you want to be part of his team?
Years ago to work at a Michelin Kitchen you had to have Michelin experience but these days as long as you have worked with fresh food at a high standard (even if it has no accolades) as long as you have the right attitude, the focus, determination and hardworking then you will stand a good chance. The renowned Head Chef is happy to take on any Demi’s or Chef de Parties and train them into becoming a Michelin Star Chef.
Salary: £23,000 – £24,000
