My client is a highly regarded holiday operator looking for a Head Chef for one of their properties in Shropshire. They are looking for a head chef who will be able to manage their hotel which offers a plated breakfast and does an a la carte dinner. What the Head Chef puts on the ever changing menu is up to them, other properties in the portfolio do things such as bake their own bread.

A massive perk to this role is as it is seasonal there are 2months where the property is closed down so work shortened hours and Christmas off!!

This role would suit a Head Chef or Sous Chef looking for first Head Chef role, you will look after all HACCP procedures, writing of menus and managing staff and food costs. This is a chance to cook good food in a more relaxed environment and get a bit of time back.
