A Pastry Chef de Parti is required for a luxury 5 star property with multiple outlets to work in a top class pastry kitchen. The successful applicant should have 5 star Hotel experience as this is one of the best establishments in the area. As a pastry chef you will be responsible for all plated desserts for the 3 AA rosette dining room, and to assist in all other areas in the pastry if needed. Everything is prepared on site using only the best local ingredients to the highest standards.
