This is a great opportunity for an Assistant Restaurant or an experienced supervisor to lead a small team in a unique gastropub environment. As the Assistant manager you can expect fresh food, innovative menus and an enjoyable lively atmosphere. As Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for: – Working alongside the Deputy and General Managers, you will directly support all duties within the establishment. – Offer a professional level of customer service at all times. – Create relationships with internal and external customers – Be comfortable with cash / card transactions and daily cashing up procedures. Ideal Assistant Manager candidates will: -Comes from a stable working history within a high paced hospitality arena. -Possess managerial skills and support junior staff members training and development. -Understand cashing up procedures expertly. -Be a ‘people person’ who can communicate with all public types and behaviours. -Be passionate about the food industry.
